Job Description

A Graduate Trainee post has arisen at National Biotechnology Authority in the Research, Development and Innovation department and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
The Responsibilities and Responsibilities of a Graduate Trainee at National Biotechnology Authority will include:
• Assist in laboratory experiments, research projects and quality control.
• Assist in the preparation of research reports.
• Participate in audits and inspections where required.
• Work closely with senior scientists and other team members, collaborating on interdisciplinary projects.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance Skills and knowledge for continuous professional development.
• Assist in outreach programs to promote biotechnology initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and guidelines as well as ethical standards in research.
• Assist in project planning and implementation for key deliverables at National Biotechnology Authority.

Requirements

• BSc Biotechnology, Food Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry or related.
• A least one
• year Experience at a National Biotechnology .
• Experience in quality control and circular economy projects is an added advantage.
