• day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and leading teams towards achieving production targets.

• A degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven Experience in operations management, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem
• solving Skills.
• Excellent knowledge of operational processes, compliance, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

• Oversee and manage mining operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance, leadership, and performance management.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and company regulations.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management.
