• making across this portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements that tell the real story behind the numbers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to fuel strategic growth.
• Collaborate with cross
• functional teams to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Contribute to audits, statutory reporting, and the annual financial cycle.

What we're looking forEducation
• A Postgraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting (required).
Certification:
• CIMA, ACCA. CA or AA (required).Experience
Demonstrated Experience in managing financial aspects of property portfolios, including budgeting for property development, overseeing asset acquisition and disposal, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards throughout the property lifecycle."Skills
Strong analytical, problem
