Architect

To support the Civils department through executing all the architectural Responsibilities and Responsibilities as outlined.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Drafter Responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment Requirements and setting up production methods.
• Planning and designing, and/or facilitating the execution of new building design or expansions or renovations according to the client's needs, and desires.
• Researching, programming, planning, designing and administering building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
• Producing conceptual plans, renderings and documents.

• A degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in drawing software e.g. auto
• cad
• Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in the field.
• Good interpersonal Skills.
• Attentive to detail.
