POST A: BIOCHEMISTRY
Requirements
Applicants must be holders of BSc (Honours) in Biochemistry or Applied Biochemistry and with an MSc/MPhil in Biochemistry or Applied Biochemistry that includes strong training in molecular biology and analytical biochemistry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to conduct both independent and collaborative research in fields such as Biochemistry, Environmental Toxicology, Environmental Biochemistry, Applied Biochemistry, and related areas. Possession of a Ph. D in any of these fields is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
A proven track record of applied research, evidenced through publications, project participation, or innovative contributions, will also be highly valued. The successful candidate will be expected to initiate and advance innovative research, contribute meaningfully to departmental projects, publish in reputable journals, and actively collaborate with internal and external partners.
