Job Description

We are looking for qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Office Orderly in the Human Resources and Administration department. The Office Orderly provides essential clerical and support services to ensure the smooth day
• to
• day functioning of the office. The role involves handling routine administrative tasks, logistics, maintaining cleanliness and order, and assisting staff with basic office Requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Job Functions:
• Collect, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and office correspondence.
• Assist with photocopying, filing, binding, and scanning of documents.
• Deliver documents and messages within the office or to external stakeholders.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up with required materials and refreshments.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office environment.
• Assist in logistics management for the department.
• Monitor stock levels of stationery, refreshments, and other supplies.
• Assist in the requisition and replenishment of office consumables.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of office equipment and resources.

Requirements

Requirements of the Job:
The successful candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:
• Minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes or equivalent.
• Clean Class 4 drivers licence
• Previous Experience in an office support role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of clerical and office procedures.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication Skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly office environment.
• Basic organizational and time management Skills.
