Invitation for Tender: Debt Collection Services for Herman Gmeiner Group of Schools

The Herman Gmeiner Group of Schools, with schools located in Harare, Bulawayo, and Bindura, Zimbabwe, invites proposals from reputable and registered debt collection companies to provide debt collection services for our schools.

a) Registration: Must be registered according to the laws of Zimbabwe, with relevant licenses and certifications.
b) Experience: A proven track record of successful debt collection in Zimbabwe, with from previous clients.
c) Coverage: Ability to provide services to all three school locations (Harare, Bulawayo, and Bindura).
d) Professionalism: Ability to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with debtors.

Proposal Requirements:
a) Company Profile: Provide a detailed company profile, including registration documents and relevant certifications.
b) Experience: Describe previous Experience in debt collection, including case studies and .
c) Methodology: Outline the approach and methodology for debt collection, including communication strategies and reporting.
d) Fees: Provide a detailed breakdown of fees and charges to be levied to the debtors for services rendered.

Scope of Work:
a) Debt Recovery: Recover long outstanding debts from parents/guardians in a timely and efficient manner.
b) Communication: Maintain regular communication with school administrators and debtors.
c) Reporting: Provide regular reports on debt collection progress and outcomes.
d) Compliance: Adhere to relevant Zimbabwean laws and regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.
e) Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of debtor information and school records.
f) Accountability: Be accountable for actions taken during the debt collection process.
