We are seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified Front End Loader Operators to join our Team based in Shamva, reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer.

About You
• Ability to operate front
• end loaders
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 15001
• At least 2 years' relevant Experience preferably within the Mining industry.
• Certificate of competency in FEL Operation
• 5 Ordinary Level Passes including Mathematics and Engilsh

Roles & Responsibilities
• Operate front
• end loaders and similar heavy equipment for excavation, loading, hauling, and stockpiling materials.
• Support mining operations by ensuring efficient movement of ore, aggregates, soil, and other materials.
• Comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards within the Mining operations.
• Assist with routine equipment pre
• start checks, maintenance, and reporting of mechanical issues.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, truck drivers, and ground staff to ensure smooth workflow
