Construction Engineer/ Assistant

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER/ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY:
Formulate and Administer engineering contracts, direct and supervise construction works, control budgets, consult with architects and consulting engineers/contractors

Requirements & Experience
• Must be a holder of a Civil Engineering Degree
• Proven Experience in residential housing projects and upmarket apartments construction, steel structures and commercial units
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Auto
• CAD
• At least 5 years post Requirements Experience in civil and building works

Responsibilities & Responsibilities
• Administer/supervise the construction of upmarket houses and apartments for a housing project and the renovation of existing building infrastructure
• Undertake construction audits on quality and project timelines
• Implement plans, formulate and control capital budgets with efficient resource management
• Undertake civil, structural and geotechnical designs
• Work with relevant statutory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
