• Strong knowledge of local plants, soil types, and climate conditions in [mention your region, e.g., Zimbabwe].
• Proficiency in using and maintaining a variety of garden tools and machinery.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in various weather conditions (lifting, bending, digging).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a schedule effectively.

• Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration.
• Plant, weed, prune, and water flower beds, shrubs, and trees according to the seasonal schedule.
• Monitor the health of all plants and identify and treat any pests or diseases.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers, ensuring they are clean and in safe working order.
• Maintain the cleanliness of garden pathways, driveways, and outdoor common areas.
• Assist with landscape projects, including planting new trees and designing seasonal flower displays.
• Manage irrigation and sprinkler systems to ensure efficient water use.
