Quality Control Manager

As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products, implementing and maintaining quality control systems, and supervising quality control staff. You will be a key member of our quality team, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory Requirements.

Minimum 5 years of Experience in quality control management in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem
• solving Skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory Skills
• Knowledge of GLP, GMP, QMS, and regulatory Requirements
• Experience with validations and analytical instruments
• Certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g. CQP, CQAP) an added advantage

Manage and supervise quality control staff
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, QMS, and regulatory Requirements
• Conduct analytical testing and investigations
• Develop and implement validation protocols for analytical instruments and processes
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams
• Identify and resolve quality control issues
• Develop and implement corrective action and preventative action.
