Greeting guests as they come in, managing check
• in and check
• out. Answering questions and requests and helping with any other Responsibilities that will be assigned by management.

A degree in Tourism and Hospitality management or a relevant field.
At least 1 year's work Experience.
Proactive, organised approach to muilti
• tasking
Exceptional English verbal and written communication Skills
Clean driver's licence and a Catering certificate are added advantages

Receiving calls courteously.
Making reservations and preparing invoices for bookings.
Respond to clients enquiries.
Ready to do housekeeping Responsibilities when the reception is not busy.
Must be prepared to work on shifts staying at the premises.
