Overseer Miner

We seek to recruit an experienced and qualified Overseer Miner based at Freda Rebecca Gold Mine in Bindura.

Key Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensures compliance to SHEQ policies and procedures in line with all relevant mining regulations.
• Plans, coordinates and leads sectional activities with the objective of meeting set targets.
• Performs daily ends preparation, marking, drilling, charging and blasting operations.
• Optimises production through the utilisation of resources, motivation and development of personnel.
• Achieves benchmarked efficiencies and productivities in drilling, blasting, supporting and lashing activities.
• Reports on set daily targets and compliance to short
• term plans.
• Performs any other Responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

About You
• Diploma in Mining
• Full Blasting Licence
• NEC Registered
• 4 Years Experience
