The Opportunity
Plan International is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to lead humanitarian responses across its Country Offices. This role involves rapid deployment to crisis zones to manage emergency operations and coordinate multi
• disciplinary teams.

• Significant field Experience in multiple humanitarian crises
• Expertise in disaster risk reduction and child protection in emergencies
• Proven engagement with humanitarian coordination systems at all levels
• Skilled in training, facilitation, project management, negotiation, and influencing
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish highly desirable
• Willingness to travel extensively to high
• risk areas, often at short notice

• Lead emergency response operations during humanitarian crises
• Oversee delivery of high
• quality programs and manage humanitarian funding
• Provide leadership to teams including technical specialists, finance, HR, logistics, media, and policy staff
• Shape and implement emergency response strategies
