Group Managing Director

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance or related.
• Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
• 15+ years progressive leadership, with 5+ years at senior executive level (MD, CEO, COO) in a diversified group with significant oil, gas, and mining exposure.
• Proven success in managing complex global operations and driving growth/profitability in natural resources.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking,
• Mergers and Acquisitions and Joint Ventures Experience, and in
• depth industry knowledge are essential.
• Outstanding leadership and communication Skills.

Lead strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, drive financial performance, pursue business development opportunities (Mergers & Acquisitions, Partnerships), manage risks, cultivate stakeholder relationships, lead and develop senior teams, ensure robust corporate governance, and maintain market intelligence.
