Functions Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail
• oriented Function Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of events and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing timelines and ensuring seamless execution of events. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal Skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Requirements
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Tourism and Hospitality Management
• 2+ years of Experience in event coordination or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Attention to detail and problem
• solving Skills
Responsibilities
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering and audiovisual equipment
• Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met
• Oversee event setup and breakdown
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and support
