• Recent graduate with a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Hospitality procurement Experience gained when on attachment, an added advantage

• Willingness to learn and develop Skills in procurement

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products
• Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Analyze and manage procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain procurement documentation and records
