• focused Reservationist to join our team. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for managing reservations, answering customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Tourism and Hospitality Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
• Strong organizational and time management Skills
• Ability to work in a fast
• paced environment and multitask
• Proficiency in reservation software and systems (training provided if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Manage reservations and bookings efficiently and accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain up
• to
• date knowledge of availability and rates
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer Experience
