JOB SUMMARY
Overall Management of the Finance Function for the Real Estate Division

➢ Degree in Accounting plus Membership of a Professional Body
➢ 5 years or more of managerial Experience in Accounting
➢ Knowledge of Trust Accounts Management
➢ Clean Class 4 Driver’s licence is a must

➢ Strategy and Financial Policy Formulation
➢ Planning, Budgeting and Financial Analysis
➢ Financial Reporting
➢ Investment Analysis and Funding Requirements
➢ Risk Management and Financial controls
➢ Regulatory and Compliance
➢ Performance Management
