We are seeking a Sales & Administrator to play a key role in driving our sales operations while ensuring smooth administrative support in our showroom and projects.
Requirements
Required Skills & Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in sales, administration, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of the construction or interior design industry is an added advantage
• Self
• driven, organized, a fast learner
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients – walk
• ins, calls, and emails
• Generate sales quotations, invoices, and coordinate client orders
• Manage showroom and stock records efficiently
• Coordinate installations and liaise with the operations team
• Maintain client records and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare weekly sales and administrative reports
