VACANT POSITIONS IN THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Education

POST B: (1 POST)
Applicants should have a minimum of a Master of Science Education Degree in Computer Science plus at least one
• year relevant working Experience at a tertiary institution and be able to conduct lessons online. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in History and Philosophy of Computer Science, Introduction to Computer Science, Object Oriented Programming, Advanced Pedagogics in Computer Science Education, Operating Systems, Computer Communication and Networking, Data Structures and Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence Expert Systems and be able to supervise student projects. Additionally, proven ability and Experience in the use of online and blended learning methods in course delivery is a must. Possession of a Ph. D will be an added advantage.

POST A: (1 POST)
Applicants should have at least a Master of Science Education Degree in Biology plus at least one
• year relevant working Experience at a tertiary institution and be able to conduct lessons online. The successful candidate will be required to teach undergraduate courses in a variety of courses including Cell Biology, Plant Physiology, Mycology, Diversity of life, Genetics, Ecology, and Advanced Pedagogics in Biology Education, Genetics and supervise student projects. Proven ability and Experience to use online and blended learning methods in course delivery is a must. Possession of a Ph. D will be an added advantage.
