Reports to Senior Registered Nurse

Education
• Diploma in General Nursing/ BSc Degree in Nursing
Experience;
• At least 6 months

• Assesses patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
• Provides skilled nursing care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing medical equipment.
• Monitors patients' progress, identifying any changes or concerns and reporting them to the multidisciplinary team.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting patient
• centered care and collaboration.
• Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Participates in ward meetings and contributes to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains up
• to
• date knowledge and Skills, participating in ongoing Education and professional development.
• Shares knowledge and expertise with colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Participates in mentoring and preceptorship programs, supporting the development of junior staff.
