RANGER INVESTIGATIONS (B3)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above position which has arisen at Head Office. The incumbent will be reporting to the Assistant Investigations Officer.

At least 5 ‘O’ level passes including English
At least one
• year in wildlife conservation Experience.
30. years and below.

Conducts investigations on poaching, illegal trafficking and other wildlife related cases.
Recruits informers to assist in detecting wildlife criminals.
Conducts arrests on poachers and illegal wildlife dealers.
Recovers exhibits.
Maintains files and criminal records on investigations and reports.
Carries out inspections on permit holders and wildlife properties.
Carries out any other Responsibilities as instructed by the supervisor.
