About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and results
• driven individual to join our team as a Credit Sales Agent, specializing in Salary
• Based Loans (SSB). In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and on boarding clients who are formally employed in the public sector.

• Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Prior Experience in microfinance or SSB lending is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal Skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and self
• motivation.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.

1. Market and sell salary
• based loan products to government employees (e.g., civil servants, teachers, health workers, and police officers)
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within government institutions to generate leads.
3. Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and authentic.
4. Educate clients on loan terms, conditions, and repayment obligations.
