Educational Requirements:
• Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent
• Diploma in Project Management is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years' Experience in project management or M&E

Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the development and review of strategic documents
• Design and implement a monitoring and evaluation tracking system
• Monitor and evaluate implementation of the Strategic Plan
• Contribute to the design of research instruments
• Provide technical support in formulating workplans
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and SOPs
• Analyze reports and generate consolidated M&E reports
• Support the development of departmental budgets
