• A Master’s degree in Veterinary Science (MVSc) or Master of Science in Animal Science or Animal Health or a related field.
• A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) Degree or Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree in Veterinary Anatomy or BSc (Hons) Degree in Veterinary Biochemistry or BSc (Hons) Degree in Veterinary Physiology or BSc (Hons) Degree in Animal Health and Production or BSc (Hons) Degree in Animal Health and Production Extension, or a related field.
• A Ph. D in Veterinary Science or Animal Science or a related field will be an added advantage.

• Contribute significantly to teaching, research, curriculum development, innovation and industrialisation activities.
• Participate in community outreach activities.
• Participate in animal production income
• generating activities.
• Supervise students’ research projects.
• Invigilate examinations.
• Undertake any other Responsibilities as assigned by the department or university administration.
