➢ Recent undergrade Degree in Computer science, Information Technology or a related
discipline from a recognized institution.
➢ At least one year of relevant work Experience.
➢ Knowledge in Cisco router configuration and firewall setup, as well as a good understanding
of wireless technologies will be an added advantage.
➢ MSCE or CISCO certifications is an added advantage.
➢ Experience with databases is an added advantage.
➢ Knowledge of windows 7/11, Azure server platform, VMware, excel, word, power point etc.
➢ Ability to work under pressure.
➢ Good interpersonal and relationship Skills.

The IT Intern will work collaboratively as part of the HROD and Administration team and will
be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of Action. Aid Zimbabwe’s IT
systems. This role will ensure compliance with both internal policies and global IT standards.
The intern will work closely with the IT Officer to provide technical support and assist in
maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate in line with organizational
strategies and best practices.
