HR Graduate Trainee

The HR Graduate Trainee position is an entry
• level role designed to provide recent Human Resources or related field graduates with practical Experience in all facets of human resource management. The trainee will work under the supervision of senior HR professionals to support functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll administration, and HR compliance. The role aims to develop foundational Skills and knowledge while contributing to the organization’s HR objectives.

A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Assist in recruitment processes, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
