Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mine Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small
• scale gold underground mine. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the mine, while also maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and laws.
4. Plan and implement mining operations to meet production targets and budgets.
5. Oversee the development and implementation of mining methods and techniques.
6. Monitor and optimize ore extraction, transportation, and processing.
7. Supervise and manage a team of miners and other support staff.

Requirements
Essential Requirements
1. Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of Experience in underground mining, preferably in gold mining.
3. Valid Mine Blasting Licence.
