• Have leadership abilities in school administration, curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, school improvement, and staff supervision and evaluation.
• Proven track record of leadership with at least 8 years' Experience as Principal or Deputy Principal in a well
• established Private School.
• Experience in playing a leadership part in strategic planning processes in well
Established Schools.
• Have sound knowledge of computer systems, financial procedures, and legal kare of computer systems, financial procedure, and legal Requirements.
• Have sound knowledge of various school policies.
• Have Experience, knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge Curriculum, hardworking and self
• driven.
• Be matured.
• Demonstrate professionalism.
Demonstrate effective communication Skills, both verbal and written.
• Have sound knowledge of all laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting teachers and students.
