Requirements
Requirements and Experience
● 2 years’ Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
● Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or Communication.
● Experience in regional or cross
• border coordination is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
● Manage a dynamic calendar: coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and travel (local and regional).
● Anticipate scheduling conflicts and prepare solutions ahead of time.
● Ensure high
• priority meetings are executed with necessary documents, briefs, and context.
