• quality Opaque beer, committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly production practices is seeking a Waste Management Supervisor to oversee and optimize waste handling processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting a zero
• waste culture.

• Supervise the collection, segregation, storage, and disposal of effluent waste, PET bottles, and other brewery by
• products.
• Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations regarding waste disposal.
• Develop and implement waste reduction and recycling initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and third
• party waste management vendors for efficient waste handling.
• Train staff on proper waste handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of waste generation, disposal, and recycling activities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure waste management processes meet company and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost
• saving measures in waste disposal and recycling.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in waste management, preferably in a food/beverage or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of effluent treatment, PET recycling, and industrial waste handling.
• Familiarity with environmental laws and safety standards.
• Problem
• solving Skills with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
• Proficiency in record
• keeping and reporting.
